If the product ordered does not suit you perfectly, we accept a return within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that there is a 30% restocking fee on your total amount and shipping costs will not be refundable.
Non-reimbursable products
No returns or refunds will be accepted on special orders. Some products are non-refundable, such as all final sale products, where no returns will be authorized.
Cancelling your web order
If your order has already been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. A return request can be made online, once you have received the goods ordered.
To make a return :
- You must contact us by e-mail and specify the reason for your return.
- It is essential to take photos of the damaged product or box from different angles.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Only full boxes will be accepted for return.
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable and you must return the merchandise at your own expense.
- NexInnovations will not be responsible for any damage to your return shipment.
- Any goods damaged on return will not be refunded.

CPU reserves the right to refuse a return if the packaging or the general condition of the product is damaged, altered or washed. Boxes must not be torn or in poor condition.
